New Beginnings
It's been a busy year so far for Hope Homes Foundation Inc. and we
would not have it any other way. Our newest construction is Patriot Place, in Massillon, Ohio serving 4 new residents. The home opened July 1st. Also, our recently renovated home in Wooster, Ohio welcomed 3 new residents back in March. The home was purchased this year with the support of the Wayne County Board of DD. With these new additional properties comes the need for more staff to help support their maintenance. To that end, we're excited to welcome Alex Holder, our new support maintenance worker to the team. Finally, we purchased land to build the anticipated Children's Home in North Canton, Ohio. The land is on a cul-de-sac offering, privacy and a beautiful setting.

MARCH IS DD AWARENESS MONTH
Inclusion through Community Housing
Housing Inclusion goes far beyond one's simple presence in the community. It is about where we live, with whom we live and how we participate in our community. Hope Homes Foundation Inc. endeavors to build "a sense of belonging" for each Indvidual resident by placing its homes in safe and family orientated neighborhoods within close proximity to shopping, parks and social activities. These planned interventions can assist people with DD to achieve greater inclusion and participation in their communities towards an increase quality of life.
Thus our motto "Quality Homes for a Quality Life" reflect this strategy and desire for all our residents.
Thank you,
